KNDA

 On March 24, 2023, the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) and the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines arranged a special lecture by H.E. Elizabeth P. Buensuceso, former Vice Foreign Minister of the Philippines, on the topic of “WPS (Women, Peace, and Security), ASEAN Centrality and ASEAN-ROK Relations” at the KNDA.
The IFANS President, H.E. LEE Choongmyon, delivered welcoming remarks, and H.E. Maria Theresa B. Dizon-De Vega, Ambassador of the Philippines to Korea, delivered remarks introducing the lecturer. After her lecture, H.E. Buensuceso opened the floor for the question-and-answer session to interact with participants. 
 The participants of the lecture included: the diplomatic corps in Korea; KNDA officials and Professors at the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS) of the KNDA; outside experts; diplomat candidates at the KNDA; and trainees enrolled in the KNDA’s program for officers for consular affairs.
