International Conference Room can hold up to 120 persons. Second floor Seminar Room is for internal discussions and seminars as well as visiting seminars.Third floor Seminar Room holds smaller-scaled discussions Fourth floor Seminar Room is mainly used for “Analysis of Current International Issues" Seminars held every Friday.

Auditorium with the capacity of holding up to 400 persons is used for large scale events. Also on public holidays, it is used for a wedding hall for the staffs.
